As 2024 draws to a close, how was this year for you?
Since 2025 is just around the corner, I've created a design inspired by the feeling of looking up at a sky full of blooming cherry blossoms—a fresh and uplifting vibe to start the new year🌸✨
The base of this nail design is inspired by a clear blue sky🩵
I used fine magnetic gel, a translucent blue, and layered holographic sheets to create a shimmering effect that reflects light beautifully✨
Depending on the angle, you’ll notice subtle color shifts that add a delicate, ethereal touch.
Soft Cherry Blossoms and Magical Accents
The centerpiece of the design is the gentle pink of full-bloom cherry blossoms.
I chose adorable, plump sakura with a macaron-like roundness to evoke a sweet and playful atmosphere🌸🍰
To add a touch of whimsy, magical capsule accents have been incorporated—small details that spark joy with every glance.
Ribbon Accents with a Japanese Touch
To complement the dreamy design, I’ve added a handcrafted double-layer ribbon inspired by kimono sashes👘
This unique touch blends a hint of traditional Japanese elegance with the whimsical, magical vibe, making it a perfect design to celebrate the start of the new year.
