Refund policy

All Puku Puku Nails products are made to order and individually customized for each customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be resold to another customer once made. For this reason, I am unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to a change of mind or other personal reasons after an order has been placed.

However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, I will arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped at no additional cost.
