☆Is it possible to combine my orders?☆
If your first order has not yet been shipped, you can add more items and have everything shipped together.
Puku Puku Nails offers flat-rate shipping, so if you would like to combine your orders into one shipment, please contact me as soon as possible via DM or email at pukupukunails@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
I will then create a personalized link for you to place an additional order without paying extra shipping fees.
☆Is it possible to customize the nail design?☆
Puku Puku Nails offers customization options for nail designs.
Simple modifications, such as swapping designs between fingers, can be made at no additional charge.
Other customizations, such as base design changes, charm upgrades, or modifications to charm designs, are available for an additional fee.
If you would like to customize your nails, please contact me via DM or email. I’ll be happy to discuss your requests and provide a quote.
Please note that design changes cannot be made once your order has been placed.
Due to copyright and other intellectual property restrictions, I do not accept requests to recreate or create charms featuring characters owned by third parties, including Sanrio, Pokémon, anime characters, and others.

☆ Will I be charged any customs duties upon delivery? ☆
Puku Puku Nails takes care of all applicable customs duties and handling fees in advance, so you won't have to worry about any additional charges upon delivery.
The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price.
☆Can you tell me the prices in my currency?☆
The default currency in the Puku Puku Nails online store is USD.
To view prices in your local currency, please scroll down and select the currency option at the bottom of the page, then choose your country’s currency.
Please note that when displaying prices in currencies other than USD, the price may fluctuate slightly due to exchange rates.
This is because USD is the default currency, and the price is not being changed by Puku Puku Nails.
☆Can I change the design after placing an order?☆
All the nail tips from Puku Puku Nails are custom-made, and I'm unable to sell them to other customers. Therefore, I cannot accept any design changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Please make sure to carefully review and finalize the design before placing your order.
☆I lost my sizing kit. Can you send me another one?☆
I provide a free sizing kit only once per customer. If you need another sizing kit, it will cost $8 per shape plus shipping fees. Please make sure to keep your sizing kit after receiving it for future reference.
☆I lost / broke my nail tip. Can I order a replacement?☆
Puku Puku Nails offers replacement nail tips.
The cost of a single replacement nail tip ranges from approximately $8 to $30, depending on the design.
If you would like to know the exact price, please contact me via DM or email for a personalized quote.
Depending on the availability of gels and charms, I may not be able to recreate the exact same design as the original.
☆Can I Just give you my measurements instead of trying the sizing kit?☆
To help you find the best fit for your nails, I recommend trying my free sizing kit.
Alternatively, you may provide your own nail measurements if you prefer.
Please note that measuring your nails yourself may not be as accurate as trying on the sizing kit, and the nail tips may not fit as well as expected, particularly around the cuticle area.
If you choose to order without using the sizing kit, please understand that I cannot offer refunds or remakes due to sizing issues.
☆I entered the wrong shipping address. Is it possible to change it?☆
If you accidentally check out with an incorrect shipping address, please contact me via DM or email within 24 hours of placing your order, and include your order number, full name, and correct shipping address.
I will do my best to accommodate address changes before your order is shipped.
Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend your order.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
☆Can I use the scratch card code multiple times within the validity period?☆
The gift code from the scratch card is valid only once within the validity period. It cannot be applied to multiple orders, so please be aware of that.
