☆**Is it possible to combine my orders?**☆
If your first order has not been shipped yet, it’s possible to add additional items and send everything together.
Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, it’s not possible to combine orders.
If you would like to combine your orders, please let me know as soon as possible via DM or email at pukupukunails@gmail.com along with your full name and order number.
☆**Can you tell me the prices in my currency?**☆
The default currency in the Puku Puku Nails online store is USD.
To view prices in your local currency, please scroll down and select the currency option at the bottom of the page, then choose your country’s currency.
Please note that when displaying prices in currencies other than USD, the price may fluctuate slightly due to exchange rates.
This is because USD is the default currency, and the price is not being changed by Puku Puku Nails.
☆**Can I change the design after placing an order?

All the nail tips from Puku Puku Nails are custom-made, and we are unable to sell them to other customers. Therefore, we cannot accept any design changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Please make sure to carefully review and finalize the design before placing your order.
☆**I lost my sizing kit. Can you send me another one?**
☆
We provide a free sizing kit only once per customer. If you need another sizing kit, it will cost $8 per shape plus shipping fees. Please make sure to keep your sizing kit after receiving it for future reference.
☆**I lost / broke my nail tip. Can I order a replacement?**☆
If you lose or break a nail tip, it is possible to order a replacement. The cost for making a single nail tip ranges from $12 to $30, plus shipping. However, if the replacement is ordered along with another item, there will be no additional shipping fee. The price may vary depending on the design, so please contact us via DM or email for more details. Additionally, due to stock availability of gels and parts, there may be slight changes to the design.
☆**Is it possible to customize the nail design?**☆
Custom requests can be accepted if they’re made before you place your order.
If it’s just a simple modification, such as switching the design between fingers, it can be done at no extra charge.
Customizations like changing the color, upgrading charms, or altering charm designs can be done for an additional fee.
You can see examples of custom pricing in my Instagram posts.
If you have a custom request, please consult with me before placing your order so I can provide a quote.
Please note that you cannot make any changes after your order has been placed.
Also, I do not recreate other creators’ designs or character charms due to copyright restrictions.
If you’d like to customize your nail design, please choose charms or base nail art from Puku Puku Nails designs.
☆**Can I Just give you my measurements instead of trying the sizing kit?**

To ensure the perfect fit for your nails, we recommend trying our free sizing kit.
However, if you prefer to send us your measurements, feel free to do so.
Please keep in mind that this method may not be as accurate as trying the kit, and there may be discrepancies in the fit, especially around the cuticles.
If you choose not to use the sizing kit, please be aware that we do not offer refunds or re-making of nail tips due to size differences.
We kindly ask that you consider this before proceeding.
☆**I entered the wrong shipping address. Is it possible to change it?**☆
If you happen to enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us with your order number, name, and correct address via DM or email within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept any changes to the address. If the wrong address was entered by the customer, we do not offer refunds or reshipments. Please make sure to verify your shipping address before placing your order.
☆**Can I use the scratch card code multiple times within the validity period?**☆
The gift code from the scratch card is valid only once within the validity period. It cannot be applied to multiple orders, so please be aware of that.

☆**Can you mark my order as gift?**☆
Unfortunately, we are not able to mark the order as a gift, as it should be shipped as an item for sale.
Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.
These charges are not paid by Puku Puku Nails and are the buyer’s responsibility.
