Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

I take responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you safely. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, I will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Once your package has been successfully delivered, Puku Puku Nails is generally not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs afterward. However, if your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact me at pukupukunails@gmail.com. I can submit an investigation request to the shipping carrier on your behalf.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please feel free to contact me as well.

Current Order Processing Time

Sizing Kit (First-time customers only): Within 3 business days

Press-on Nails: Up to 14 business days

Figures: Up to 7 business days

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Time

EMS (Express): 4–7 business days

Air Packet (Standard): 2–3 weeks

International shipping may sometimes take longer than estimated due to customs inspections, postal delays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping delays are especially common during holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year.

If you need your order by a specific date, such as for a wedding or another special occasion, I highly recommend choosing EMS and placing your order well in advance to allow enough time for processing and shipping.

If you choose Standard Shipping, I kindly ask for your patience in case of any delays.
