Puku Puku Nails offer free sizing service for first time customers. We care about not only width of your nails but also shapes around the cuticle and nail curve in order to make natural looking nails just for you. You can actually try on several different types of nail tips and choose the ones that fit your nails the most. Please read the following order process to learn more.
☆Order Process for First Time Customers☆
1) Please choose your favorite nail design(s) and place an order.
2) Please wait for your sizing kit to arrive. We will use the shipping method you opted when checking out.
3) Once you received the sizing kit, please let us know your size in numbers and the nail shape name. You can let me know via Instagram DM @pukupukunails or email at pukupukunails@gmail.com
If you let us know your order number and full name, it will help the process work smoothly.
4) Once we know your size and shape, we will start working on your order. Current processing time is max 14 business days.
5) Once we finished your order, we will send it out and let you know the tracking information by email.

Please, simply place your order and leave a note of your nail shape name and size in numbers at check out. If you would like to order the same shape and size with your last order, you can just write "As usual."
⭐︎Capsule Nail Precautions⭐︎
Capsule nails are made with a strong gel designed for sculpting and coated with a top coat, applied in four layers to ensure durability. However, due to their hollow nature, if stepped on accidentally or if something heavy is dropped on them, small gaps or cracks may form.
Additionally, pressing too hard on the capsule part during application can make it more fragile, so we recommend pressing the nail while avoiding direct pressure on the capsule part.
While the nails are thoroughly coated, small gaps may form over time due to aging. When wearing capsule nails, be careful not to get them wet while washing your hands or showering, as water droplets may enter the capsule.
For cleaning capsule nails, avoid washing with water and instead gently wipe the surface with the included disinfecting wipes. If you use your own disinfecting wipes, we recommend choosing those without alcohol content. Strong alcohol-based wipes can cause the shine on the nail surface to diminish.
